Continuous freezers ZX are machines of excellent provision for the professional ice cream maker, that allows to satisfy demands for the production of ice cream by extrusion as well as by dosage. The TEPS control system is an electronic control which doses small injections of hot gas to control de viscosity of the ice cream.
