Continuous freezers WX are machines of excellent provision for the professional ice cream maker, that allows to satisfy demands for the production of ice cream by extrusion as well as by dosage.

INVERTER control system
This system allows to control the viscosity of the ice cream almost without changes, since it changes the speed of the compressor instead of making hot gas injections.
This supposes two advantages: To obtain a notable energy saving and to work with any extruder or automatic packacking machine.
In addition to controlling the viscosity, the INVERTER protects the compressor from possible failures, phases differences, increase of consumption, voltage peaks at the time of starting, etc. .

 
Cylinder
The cylinder is built on a nickel alloy specially designed for this application, rectificado and chromed.
It has 6´´ diameter with flooded evaporator system which allows to get an excellent performance.
Another comparative advantage is the interchangeable cylinder, since it has fijación por tornillos de sujeción easily replaceable in view to the need of replacement for wear or breakage..
   
     
 
 

Blender
The robust blender is designed with 3 rows of sectioned blades, with internal eccentric that allows to obtain an excelent quality of ice cream. The tail of the turbine is built with stainless hardened steel, in the shape of spline shaft with a central guide, which prevents que tome juego.

Pump
The WX line brings a mix rotary pump a paletas that manages to suck directly and raise 10 bar pressure. The pump requieres minimun maintenance since its moving parts are fully chromed.
The rotary pump is extremely efficient and pulsations free, which allows to have a constant flow of ideal ice cream for extrusar or dosify in automatic machines.
Only pallets must be replaced in case of wear.
 
 

Overrun
The overrun works with compressed air and its manually regulated by a pressure microrregulator and the reading is made on an air gauge. .

Command
The WX command has a touch screen where you can select the values of liters to produce, viscosity and shows the pressure of the mix. The power commands are 24 volt switches.
